Business is Blooming at FTLA
Business is blooming at FTLA this summer with the announcement of four new project awards for the fast-growing landscape architecture firm. New work for the WBE-certified firm includes:
- Brightview of Towson. FTLA will continue its work with The Shelter Group’s Brightview Senior Living communities by providing site planning and landscape architecture services to Brightview of Towson, a new development in Baltimore County that will offer assisted living and Alzheimer’s care to area seniors.
- Patuxent Wildlife Research Center/Patuxent Research Refuge. FTLA has partnered with Gant Brunnett Architects (GBA) to provide landscape architecture services for major improvements to this site in Laurel owned by the U.S. Geological Survey and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service project.
- Baker Street Station. FTLA is is designing a streetscape, garden and other site improvements for Baker Street Station, a new facility in Baltimore’s Sandtown-Winchester community that will house programs for homeless men recovering from addiction.
- Renaissance Gardens. FTLA will continue its focus on senior living design by providing landscape design services for a new 47-unit affordable senior living community in northwest Baltimore City developed by Comprehensive Housing Assistance, Inc. (CHAI).
