A registered professional forester with over 28 years in government environmental policy work and private sector environmental project management, Jim has combined his forestry and urban planning experience to provide innovative urban forestry solutions for clients throughout Maryland, including forest stand delineations, forest conservation plans and tree protection plans. Jim holds an undergraduate degree in Forestry from Northern Arizona University and a master’s degree in Urban Planning from Cornell University.
