A graduate of North Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture, Joan has more than 20 years experience in client relations, design and project management. During the course of her career she has worked with a wide variety of public and private clients on transportation, urban design, streetscape, parks and recreation and affordable/senior housing projects. She has extensive experience managing on-call contracts including the Maryland State Highway Administration, Baltimore City Department of Recreation and Parks, and Maryland Department of General Services. Ms. Floura is currently the project manager for a Maryland State Highway (SHA) indefinite Delivery Contract as well as the lead landscape architect for the historic Inter-County Connector Contracts A and B.
