Joe first came to FTLA as an intern and is now an integral part of the staff, assisting in wetland and forest delineation for SHA and MTA projects, drafting and assembling construction documents and modeling and rendering designs. Joe holds a bachelor of science degree in geological science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and a master of landscape architecture degree from Morgan State University.

Did You Know?

Joe played first chair violin in his middle school orchestra and participated in Hands Across America in 1985 (undoubtedly while listening to Depeche Mode on his Walkman).
